Following the payment and the validation of your order, a confirmation email is automatically sent.
Depending on your choice of carrier, an automatic message with the tracking number will be sent to you. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service by email at boutiques@lesbains-paris.com.
No changes can be made once the order has been placed. For any cancellation or refund, please refer to the “Returns” section.
delivery
We deliver in France and in member countries of the Schengen Area, via Colissimo and Chronopost.
Some farther destinations are also covered by Colissimo for the purchase of the Discovery Set and/or the Atmosphere Candle: Brazil, China, Hong-Kong, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, Turkey, Morocco.
All our orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
If you choose Colissimo, the delivery time can vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.
If you choose Chronopost, the delivery time is 24 hours for France and 3 days to 1 week for the rest of the destinations.

returns
Each Eau de Parfum Les Bains Guerbois is delivered with its sample. This allows you to test it before adopting. If the fragrance does not suit you, please contact our customer service at boutiques@lesbains-paris.com to proceed with the refund once the product is returned (at the customer’s expense).
We do not accept returns on the Discovery Set and/or the Atmosphere Candle.
Any item that has been damaged in transit or has an anomaly can be refunded. Remember to take and send a photo to
boutiques@lesbains-paris.com.
Any product purchased on our eshop can be returned in its original condition to our Parisian store at 2, rue du Bourg L’abbé 75003. Any product purchased in store can only be returned to the store.
Once the return is received and your refund request is approved, we will proceed with the refund of your order within 3 weeks.
